　　Position: Internship / Legal Consultant Gibson Dunn Beijing (With Permanent Position Prospect)

　　

　　Requirements:

　　1. Excellent academic performance from a top Chinese law school;

　　2. Prior work or internship experience with reputable international or Chinese law firms would be a plus;

　　3. Final or penultimate year post-graduate or undergraduate student (applicable only for interns); and

　　4. Detail-oriented and self motivated with good command of English.

　　

　　Job Description:

　　In this position, you will be assisting partners and associates with (i) cross-border M&A and PE/VC work, such as conducting legal due diligence, translation and drafting legal documents, and (ii) certain business development work as needed. You may also be asked to assist with other ad hoc assignments or assignments from other Gibson Dunn offices.
