Our internship program provides law students with an opportunity to be immersed in the real life practice of law, with a focus on excellent training and mentorship. You would be provided with exposure to mergers & acquisitions, private equity and capital market transactions. Permanent job offer may be considered for top intern performers.
我们的实习计划为法学在校学生提供在法律界实践的机会，以及良好的培训和指导。实习生将有机会参与并购、私募股权和资本市场交易。表现优异的实习生毕业后可获得正式职位。

Candidate Qualifications候选人资格:
·Top student from a leading law school in China with both LLB and LLM degrees
·Expects to graduate with an LLM in 2018 or 2019
·Excellent legal writing skills in both English and Chinese
·Committed to be a lawyer in private practice
·Work at least 4 days a week for 3 to 6 months.
·国内法学院的优秀学生，本科或研究生在读
·预计2018年或2019年毕业
·具有优秀的中英文法律写作技巧
·有志于在律师事务所执业
·实习期3到6个月，每周至少工作4天
