田飞龙：中德日韩法学交流研讨会（2008年底，1周）

2008年12月28日至31日，我和北大法学院的沈朝晖、郭维真等一行6人飞赴韩国成均馆大学参加第二届中德日韩法学研究生国际学术研讨会，主题为“尖端科学技术社会中新法律规范的探索”。我们6人中，3人为主报告人，3人为评议人，与韩方、德方、日方代表交叉讨论评议。我们的学术论文在研讨会上获得了较高的评价，并被全部收录入《成均馆大学科技法杂志》2009年第1期。会议期间，我们通过工作语言（英语）和韩方、德方、日方代表就科技法制、宪政体制、东亚法律模式、法律与社会、法律与经济等诸多领域的前沿问题进行了各种正式和非正式的讨论，拓展了我们的学术与国际视野。主办方为会议提供了同声传译，增强了交流效果。住宿和饮食有些不习惯，但也别有风味。会议期间我们还参观了景福宫、仁寺洞、汉江大桥等景点，对韩国的历史与文化有了更多的了解。我认为这样的法学研究生交流机制初步取得了成功，不仅加强了学术交往，也增进了彼此的理解。我建议法学院继续推进此类以学生为主体的国际学术交流，同学们也需要认真研究与写作，积极参加此类活动。
Communication Experiences on the International Symposium of Law School Students in China, Germany, Japan and South Korea
During December 28th to 31th, , we six, including I and Shen Zhaohui, Guo Weizhen, flew to Sungkyunkwan University for the second session of International Symposium of Law School Students in China, Germany, Japan and South Korea, the theme of which was “New Perspectives of Legal Issues in Science & Higher Technology Society”. Of our six, three were speakers and the other were commentators, participating in the cross-discussion and cross-commentary. The academic papers of our side got high evaluation in the symposium, all of which had been embodied by the Sungkyunkwan Journal of Science & Technology Law (Spring2009, Vol.3, No.1). During the period, formally or informally, we discussed with foreign law students and some professors on the science law, constitutional law, east Asian law model, law & society and law & economics in English, which had broadened our academic and international perspective. Simultaneous interpretation was provided for better communication. At first we were not accustomed to the housing and food of South Korea, but the short experience was also special. We also visited some famous places, such as JingFu Palace, RenSi Hole and Han River Bridge, from which we got more knowledge on the history and culture of South Korea. I think such a communication mechanism has got a primary success, not only in academic communication, but also in mutual understanding. I suggest our law school go on promoting such international communication and our law students make good study and writing for such academic activities.
