招聘职位：实习生

　　本次招聘的1至2名实习生将协助本所合伙人及律师处理商事争议解决案件，实习期为3至4个月。

 

职位要求

　　就读于国内顶尖法学院，学业成绩优秀。本科及硕士研究生均可，通过司法考试者优先。

　　对法律实务尤其争议解决领域具有浓厚兴趣和热情。

　　具备敏锐的逻辑分析能力和解决实际问题的能力。

　　具备出色的中、英文口语及写作能力。

　　勤奋、及时回应、高效，具备较强的团队合作精神和人际沟通能力。

　　每周可工作4至5天。

Job Position: Legal Intern

　　We are looking to hire 1-2 legal interns to work closely with our partners and attorneys in the next 3-4 months on several on-going commercial dispute resolution matters.

　　

Requirements

　　Attendance at a top law school’s LLB or LLM program with strong academic records. Candidates who have passed the PRC Bar are preferred.

　　Keen interest and passion in legal practice, particularly dispute resolution.

　　Sharp logical reasoning as well as problem-solving and analytical skills.

　　Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese languages.

　　Be hardworking, responsive, efficient, a team player and good communicator.

　　Availability to work 4-5 days a week.
