Job Description:
1.Assist with M&A projects including translation and prove reading.

2.Assist with Anti-monopoly compliance programs;

3.Assist with daily contract review.

4.Assist with daily IP-related matters;

Qualification:
1.Students of prestigious law schools in China;

2.Graduate student preferred;

3.Excellent written and oral English;

4.Student majored in civil and economic law preferred;


Location:
Beijing, Chaoyang District
The summer internship starts from July1 to August 31, 2015, which is a full time job.
