Area of Law: The work will be primarily focused on foriegn investment (inbound) but will also include some work from other departments.

Job Description:
- Legal research
- Reviewing and drafting legal documents, legal opinions, etc.
- Drafting papers for the marketing team
- Participating in negotiations
- Giving weekly English training
- Other duties as may be required

Requirements:
- Recieved or currently earning a law degree
- Fluent English
- Some Chinese language ability is a plus but not required
- Good skills in legal research and writing
- Good communication skills
- Willingness and ability to work independently on assignments

Candidates considering long-term employment in a Chinese law firm will be given priority.
