Job Description 工作范围:
1.Support Chief Operation Officer to do the daily operation legal work.
支持公司首席运营官处理日常运营的法律事务。
2.Support Legal Compliance Committee to ensure company operation comply with law & policy .
支持公司法律合规委员会确保公司运营过程中执行政策。

Qualification Requirement 资历要求:
1.Formal law school education with bachelor’s degree of law.
正规法学院毕业，取得法学学士学位。
2.Major in economic law and commercial law.
经济法和民商法专业。
3.Second or third year legal graduate study
研究生第二年或第三年
4.Proficient English in reading and writing, good English in listening and speaking
英语读写熟练，能听说。
5.PRC Bar Qualification is preferred.
通过中国司法考试的优先考虑。
