About the role
The main focus of this role is to provide an opportunity for the interns to gain an overall understanding of legal system. During the internship, we offer meaningful tasks and real responsibilities by Eversheds’ experienced and professional practitioners.

Key duties:
Assist in translating legal documents from English to Chinese and same vice versa;
Assist in drafting and review Memorandum and Articles of Association;
Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents;
Assist in IPO and M&A;
Writing Memos;
Conducting legal research;
Provide legal support to Partners and Associates.

Key competencies:
Law Students who have completed their second year;
Good legal drafting and communication skills;
Professional and have excellent client services skills;
Working on own initiative and independently with minimal supervision;
Detail oriented with a strong sense of responsibility and impeccable integrity;
Motivated to work and learn;
Good command in spoken and written of English, Mandarin and Cantonese;
Good command of PC applications including MS Office and Chinese word processing.
